Identity & Mandate

Harvestime International Bible Institute (HIBI) was introduced to Africa (Nigeria) by Dr. Samuel Abiodun Oladimeji in 2007/2008. A few years later, he received a divine mandate to extend the vision across the African continent. With full authorization and support from the Headquarters in the United States of America, the Harvestime International Bible Institute African Directorate (HIBIAFRICA) was established as the continental arm of Harvestime International Network (USA).

HIBIAFRICA oversees national chapters, partner ministries, faculty, and students across Anglophone and Francophone African nations.

The name combines harvest and time, emphasizing the urgency of Christ’s call:

Founders

Argis Hulsey (Late) – Founder & Former President, Harvestime International Network (USA). A veteran law enforcement officer (29 years) and international ministry leader who served faithfully until his transition in 2022.

Dr. Patricia Hulsey – President, Harvestime International Network (USA). Educator, author of the Harvestime Training Series, and an international speaker who has ministered in over 45 nations.

L’Institut Biblique International Harvestime (HIBI) a été introduit en Afrique (Nigéria) par le Dr Samuel Abiodun Oladimeji en 2007/2008. Signification de « Harvestime »

Le nom unit moisson et temps, soulignant l’urgence de l’appel du Christ : « Levez vos yeux, et regardez les champs qui déjà blanchissent pour la moisson » – Jean 4:35.

Vision

À l’approche du retour de notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ, le besoin d’ouvriers dans le champ de la moisson mondiale devient plus pressant que jamais.

Fondateurs

Argis Hulsey (décédé) – Fondateur et ancien Président du Harvestime International Network (USA). Ancien officier de police (29 ans) et leader de ministère international jusqu’à sa transition en 2022.
